New Year!

Hey, all!


Here we go on the beginning of another journey into what we can make into the best year of our lives. But how? Here's a couple ideas. First, you have to be fearless. Wake up every morning ready to throw aside your fears, look life straight in the face and say, "Bring it on. Today is my day." Everything that has ever held us back is because of fear: fear of failure, fear of responsibility, fear of commitment; the list goes on. This year, resolve to have no more fear! Once we free ourselves from the fear of what life holds for us, we can dive in and take hold of our lives to live them the way we want to.
Second, commit to commit. Be finished with a wishy-washy outlook on your goals. Commit yourself to be committed; whether it's commitment to fitness, commitment to family, commitment to work, commitment to happiness or anything else you've been meaning to commit to. This year, do it! Commit and stick with it, no matter how hard it may seem. (Because remember, we're not afraid of anything anymore! ;) As wise old Confucius once said, the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step: more importantly, that journey begins with the commitment to take that first step.
Today is the day, guys! Get rid of your fear and commit to commit. Make this year the best year of your life!
