Do something fruity!

Eat your fruit! Don’t drink it. Why?
1. Whole fruit has fiber. Fruit juice has none. Fiber is your friend.
2. No sugar added! Go figure.
3. Perfectly packaged in precise portion sizes. Crazy, I know.
If we are taking all food in moderation, not going to extremes one direction or another, then we are eating 2 of these fruity little treats per day.
